The Prep Bay
Once the panel repair on your vehicle has been completed, your vehicle is ready for transfer to the Prep Bay – the first step in the painting process.
Meticulous paint preparation is done by our super skilled artisans on our state-of-the-art drive through Preparation Bay, using high tech vacuum systems to eliminate dust and the latest infrared lighting to efficiently cure primer.
Next up, masking.
Once we have washed your vehicle, we proceed with the intricate masking process. Masking is when adhesive tape and paper or plastic is used to cover the areas on your vehicle on which paint is not needed.
Masking is a VERY important step to protect your vehicle from unwanted overspray.
The Mixing Room
The Mixing Room is where expert personnel carefully match each colour to each vehicle through a sophisticated computerized selection and paint mixing system.
This is also where the ok spray painters are set apart from the GREAT spray paint artisans. The best artisans not only have the ability to mix the correct colour precisely to the formula requirements in the exact amount needed, but they also match colour spot on.
At OFS Smart Repair, we know paint. We know colour and we absolutely understand the intricacy it takes to match the colour on a vehicle.

The Spray Booths
This is where the magic happens. Colour and clear coat is applied by our expert Paint team in our cutting edge Spray Booths.
Combining easy application, safe use and especially efficient work, our Paint team produce excellent high class refinishing results on your vehicle – all while meeting the latest environmental standards.

The décor is enhanced is by beautiful fully imported, top-of-the-line technology and equipment. Infrared lighting also adds at a very cool modern workshop vibe.
The ultra sophisticated Aer-o-cure Spray booths are completely drive-through and is perfect for superb refinishing results.
