It’s not just the skies that are grey right now. From Instagram and fashion blogs to the runways of London, New York and Milan, shades of grey have become somewhat of a style sensation. Grey is the most important colour of the Winter season – and, more specifically, grey worn with other shades of grey.

A definite it colour for the Smartguy Winter 2017 season, this stormy weather hue is like an overcast day, cloudy but very cool. Paired with the right attitude and accessories, grey is the alternative to black and perfect for an edgy office ensemble. Shades of slate, smoke and sea foam should be hot on your radar this season.

How to wear Winter shades of Grey with style

Staying stylish in the cold weather can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, right?! What to wear? AND even more importantly what to wear with WHAT?

The trick to this look is to combine different shades of Grey and mixing up your tones the right way – the more contrast, the better. It’s a moody alternative to business wear as usual and an easy way to set yourself apart.
